Maintenance and Aftercare – Commitment is our ethos.

 

MechFS commits itself to every client with equal importance and with our engineers qualified to the highest standards, we recognise that valuable aftercare provision is as imperative to our clients, as the projects themselves.  This is why we provide each contract its very own account manager to work with you and offer you the support you need and endeavouring to provide same day emergency response.

Providing full Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) means we can support each and every client to maintain the lifespan of equipment, minimising the risk of catastrophic failure and reducing energy bills by addressing issues before they become an emergency.

Our experienced team offer installation aftercare on all major manufacturers of air-conditioning systems, water-chillers and Air Handling Units (AHU’s) and can also provide 5 year/20% testing of existing electrical installation.

Leading the aftercare team is Barry-John Smith, Facilities Manager who said, “We have a really strong, experienced and highly qualified team here at MechFS whose priority it is to ensure we are always putting the customer first and we are really proud to deliver such a robust aftercare and maintenance service”.
