Chester Travelodge is located in the walled city centre of Chester. The 112 room hotel was a remodel of an existing 1980’s concrete block and beam frame commercial premises with a new fourth floor timber framed extension. MechFS worked in tight conditions with restricted access and just in time deliveries. Features include a restaurant, kitchen, reception, administration and linen areas, 2 lifts and several disabled access rooms and car parking with electric vehicle charging stations.
